Orders & acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order in the case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an item becoming unavailable. Where we cancel, we refund any payment in full.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure provider. A confirmation email is sent once your order is placed.
Handcrafted nature
Each LUMINYA piece is kiln-fired and made by hand. Slight variation in glaze, colour, texture and size is part of the craft and not a defect. Photography is representative; your piece is one of a kind.
Product information
We take care to describe our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every detail on screen is exact. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product information at any time.
Intellectual property
