If a LUMINYA piece isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Custom, personalised and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
Starting a return
Email [email protected] with your order number. We will send the return instructions and address. Please obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.
Return shipping
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds & exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days or dispatch an exchange. You'll receive an email once it's done.
